阿布扎比房地产职业
面向阿布扎比经纪人的职位、规定、执照、中介公司和培训。这里的房地产由阿布扎比房地产中心（Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre，ADREC）监管，而不是其他酋长国的主管机构。
阿布扎比的规定
ADREC 公布 2026 年上半年房地产交易额为 1170 亿，比 2025 年上半年增长 112%，其中仅销售就达 861 亿，活跃持证经纪人 3,302 名（2026 年 7 月）。

- ADREC 为经纪人发放执照，并签发每条广告都必须显示的经纪人执照号（BLN）。自 2026 年 10 月起，申请人必须完成强制性的阿布扎比房地产经纪人转型课程（Abu Dhabi Real Estate Broker Transformation Course），课程以结业评估结束，通过后获得 ADREC Certified Broker 资质，每年更新。
- 外国买家
- 外国个人和公司可以在指定投资区内拥有永久产权的土地和单位，也可以在区内持有用益权、Musataha 或最长 99 年的租赁。永久产权由修订关于房地产所有权的 2005 年第 19 号法律的 2019 年第 13 号法律引入，截至 2026 年年中，ADREC 统计共有 50 个投资区。
