Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

CloserPass is preparing its launch. This policy describes how the platform works today and will be completed with the details of the operating company once it is registered.

What we collect

  • Job alerts and magazine: your email address and the market you chose.
  • Account: your email address, used to send you sign-in links. There is no password.
  • CV: the information you enter yourself (name, headline, phone, BRN, experience, areas, languages, summary).
  • Applications: the jobs you apply to and their status.
  • Agency requests and contact messages: the information you send in the forms.
  • On your device only: the jobs you save and your sign-in session are kept in your browser (local storage).

What we do with it

  • Send you the alerts, the magazine and the sign-in links you asked for.
  • Send your CV to the agency of a job when you apply to it.
  • Show your CV to licensed agencies only if you switch on "Show my CV to licensed agencies".
  • Never show your profile to the agency you chose to hide it from.
  • Check a BRN on the public register before showing a "BRN verified" badge.

We do not sell your personal data. Candidates never pay.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and the website is served by Cloudflare. Access rules in the database make sure that only you can read your CV and your applications, and only the agency concerned can see an application sent to it.

Advertising and statistics

Some pages may show advertising (Google AdSense). When advertising or statistics are active, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it, and this policy will list the providers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time from the contact form. You can unsubscribe from alerts in one click from any email. These rights follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors in Europe, the GDPR.

Agency information

Agency profiles show information that each agency publishes about itself and, when available, public register data, with the source. An agency can ask to correct or remove its profile through the claim form.
