About CloserPass

CloserPass is a career platform for real estate, and only real estate. It starts in Dubai and opens other markets one by one.

Why we built it

Real estate job ads often say "high commission" and nothing else. Brokers apply everywhere, sign without knowing the split, the leads or who pays the visa, and leave a few months later. Agencies lose time and money hiring again.

CloserPass shows the real conditions up front, helps brokers check an agency before they join, and gives them honest guides, written from official sources.

What we promise

• Candidates never pay to apply or to use CloserPass.
• Only licensed agencies can publish jobs, and every job is reviewed before it goes live.
• "Not specified" is never shown as "Not provided". We never invent a condition.
• Sources are cited and dated in every guide.
• Sponsored content is always labelled "Sponsored".

Independent

CloserPass is independent. It is not affiliated with the Dubai Land Department, RERA or any government entity. Agency information comes from what each agency publishes and, when available, from public registers, with the source shown on each profile.
